- Moscow clinch knockout stage if they win against Munich and Roma fail to win against Manchester C
- Manchester C clinch knockout stage if they win against Roma and Moscow fail to win against Munich
- Manchester C clinch knockout stage if they draw (excluding 0-0) against Roma and Munich wins against Moscow [2]
1) If both matches are drawn all three teams end up with 6pts. Roma then qualifies because in table including only six matches between these three teams Roma has 6pts and Moscow and Manchester have 5pts.
2) If Moscow lose they have 5pts. If Roma and Manchester draw, they have 6pts each and most away goals decide, and they played 1-1 in Manchester. If it is 1-1 also in Rome, Manchester qualifies as they have better total goal difference.
